Founder and Attorney Recruiter
Andie Viele has been a recruiter, consultant, and coach specifically for attorneys and law firms since 2001. She has happily built and maintained long-lasting relationships in the Miami and Florida legal markets and beyond.
Frequently called upon as an expert in her field, Andie has been published and quoted in the Daily Business Review and other publications. She is known in the legal market as a go-to consultant for recruiting, career coaching, and strategy for attorney candidates and employers. Andie was trained and mentored by an Olympic Master Class coach in performance and business coaching and applies those principles to her recruiting and consulting practice.
Andie is an adventurous and prolific traveler who enjoys reading, boating, competitive sports, live music, writing, photography, and contemplating the universe. An entrepreneur, Andie also founded NIMBLE· ESQ., a job search and career navigation membership website for attorneys, and Haute House, the parent company of several successful brands in the professional and retail beauty industry outlets such as QVC, TJ Maxx, and Ulta.
Mary Thompson
VP of Operations and Attorney Recruiter
Mary Thompson focuses exclusively on attorney searches with law firms and corporations in Florida and has been with VCG since 2018. She has a caring and methodical recruiting style, drawing upon previous management and recruiting experience gained at a regional company.
Mary is a seeker of knowledge and is always taking on and learning new ways to enhance her life. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2021.
Technologically innovative and savvy, Mary co-created NIMBLE· ESQ, a job search and career navigation membership website for attorneys.
When not in the office or traveling the globe, Mary can be found in the gym or out with her two beautiful Australian Shepard rescues.
Justin Thompson
Attorney Recruiter
Justin Thompson focuses on associate attorney recruiting in the Florida legal market. As an Attorney Recruiter, his sole focus is building and maintaining lasting relationships within the South Florida legal market by offering an array of valuable services through the mentorship and guidance of VCG Attorney Recruiting.
Outside of the office, Justin’s time is spent in exploration. Whether traveling the world to experience foods, discover new acquaintances, or explore new languages and living styles, he is always in motion. Justin earned his Bachelors degree and is an ESL Language Instructor.
